Your order will move into production once full payment has been successfully processed. After placing an order, our system verifies available funds before charging your card to reserve your items. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Because every Joimshop piece is custom-made just for you, production begins only after your payment is confirmed.

To complete your order, simply click “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout.” You’ll be redirected to a secure payment gateway to finalize your purchase using your credit/debit card or PayPal account. All transactions are handled securely through PayPal, and charges will appear under PayPal on your statement.

If a refund is issued, it will automatically return to your original payment method.
